A Chardonnay-based white from Piedmont, made by one of the most revered producers of Barolo and Barbaresco. Solea is sourced from the bottom section of the Pira vineyard using Chardonnay vines that are approximately thirty years old, with a small percentage of Nebbiolo added to the blend. In terms of style, think top white burgundy.
