A new addition to our list from the Loire Valley is this fresh, juicy Cabernet Franc from Domaine Grosbois, a 9h Domaine run by brothers, Nicolas and Sylvain. The Cuisine de ma mère comes from young vines based on clay and sand and is made to be drunk early. Concentrated black fruits and just a touch of the Cab Franc's famously herbaceous character to add interest. Beautifully balanced at just 12.5% abv. RKL
