Intense, smoky, flinty minerality and fine citrus, stone fruit and floral notes on the nose. The palate has the distinctive lemon-pith texture and flavour often found in Chamilly's whites. Very fine and balancing acidity. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, this has great precision and purity of fruit, like a riper version of Chablis. Drink from late-2024. RKL
