After the very pale 2024 vintage the '25 is back to a much deeper, more vibrant copper hue, but the nose is still all about freshness, with aromas of cucumber, alpine strawberries and some peach and nectarine. The palate is very linear with excellent acidity and a salty, mineral character. Benchmarked in our tasting against a range of Provence rosés, this really stands out as a fine wine with elegance and length. RKL
