Winemaker Thierry Germain has built a reputation as one of the most respected biodynamic producers in the Loire, with his range of violet and cassis-scented Cabernet Franc wines. The 2025 domaine wine has a beautiful nose and a lovely density of fruit on the palate, with complex, layered notes of flowers and herbs.
